We are proud to say that we offer free shipping worldwide.

You will receive a shipping confirmation along with a tracking number when your order is shipped. You can track your order directly from the email or sms text. Alternatively, you can track your order using your order number and email/phone number here. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to become active once received.

You can change or cancel your order up until your order is shipped. Once your order is shipped, we can no longer change the order or cancel it. If you wish to cancel an order that has shipped, you must start a return once you receive the item. To make a change to your order, contact us here.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery to receive a full refund or replacement. If you request a return on an undamaged item, the costs associated with shipping the item(s) to our warehouse will be deducted from your refund. Only new and unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. If your item is deemed to be in used condition when returned, it will be shipped back and you will be charged a return shipping fee. If you would like to return a new and undamaged item, please contact us here. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
